How it works
The Merlin Gift Card is redeemed all online via each of the attractions websites. It works just like a normal debit/credit card would do. Simple!
Choose an attraction
Once the recipient receives their physical or digital gift card, they'll visit the website of their favourite attraction.
Select your products
They can browse the available products such as entry tickets, hotel stays, fastrack and VIP experiences.
Pay with the gift card
In the checkout section, the recipient can use their Merlin Gift Card details to pay just like a normal bank card.
Make memories!
They'll be sent their order confirmation and any tickets via email. Then it's time to look forward to their visit!

How do I make an order for the Merlin Gift Card?
Simply get in touch with our corporate team! Give us a ring on 0330 111 3030 or fill in a contact form here. Let us know how many gift cards you would like to order, how much you would like to be loaded on each card and finally if you would like them to be sent as digital or physical gift cards. Our team will then handle things from here and process the order for you.How long is the validity period of the Merlin Gift Card?
The recipient will have 12 months to spend the balance on their gift card which is measured from the day it was purchased. When they receive their card they'll be given an expiry date displayed on their Merlin Gift Card.Can the Merlin Gift Card be spent in-person at the attractions?
Currently, this is not possible. The Merlin Gift Card can only be spent to purchase products and services online via the attractions websites. Therefore, the gift card cannot be used in-person at the attractions to buy items such as food/drink, souvenirs or entry tickets on the day. However this is something we are looking to implement in the future.Can the user split their Merlin Gift Card balance across different attractions?
They sure can! There are so many different attractions to choose from, so why not enjoy a few.When it comes to spending some of the balance with their chosen attraction, any remaining balance left on the recipients Merlin Gift Card will then still be available for them to spend with other attractions during the cards’ validity period. They can then repeat the process again with other attractions until their balance has been used up. Users can even 'top up' their balance through the Merlin Gift Card website.
