I truly believe engaged teams are the key to successful businesses, so having a product that focuses on reward and recognition is amazing. I’ve seen first-hand what getting R & R right can do and with our flexible product we really do have the ability to help everyone. I have two children and an amazing husband and love to spend my time with friends and family creating memories that give us stories to tell in the future. My favourite experience has been a Helicopter Trip to St Ives with dinner on the beach and home again and I’m looking forward to visiting Chef’s Table at Petrus Gordon Ramsey.

It’s so important to look after your employees (& customers) and I am very proud to work for a business that does just that. I look after our sales strategy for B2B and sales teams for the UK and USA, providing hundreds of our customers with experiences and gift cards – ensuring our products are leading. My passion is traveling and making new memories, and I love that Virgin Incentives encourage companies to reward and recognise employees and customers by doing something they will never forget!
My favourite experiences to date have been a Grand Canyon Helicopter Tour and driving a Ferrari and an Aston Martin on the Silverstone Circuit. I’m very much looking forward to a Virgin Balloon Flight over the Bucks area.

I joined the company in September 2021 as a B2B Account Manager and Operational Support, but joined the Virgin family in 2016, previously as cabin crew for Virgin Atlantic. When I’m not working, I can most likely be found trying out a new recipe or travelling somewhere new – when we’re allowed. My most favourite experiences include a night swim in Koh Rong – Cambodia, to see the bioluminescent plankton (Google it!) and a Virgin Experience Days Six course tasting menu at Benares. As mentioned I love travelling and visiting new places but I am also very into my cooking and socialising with my friends and family. My favourite experience is the Huskey Hike at Eagle Heights, I’ve always wanted a Huskey! The experience I’m most looking forward to trying is the Zipworld Velocity experience which looks so much fun and really appeals to my inner adrenaline junkie.

My main responsibilities include talking to our US based corporate partners about the incredible experiences they can reward their employees with and the excellent adventures that can be gifted to their best customers. Outside of work you will find me hiking, paddling, or playing yard games with my family and our unruly Irish Great Dane. In the case of inclement weather, I will be tucked into a cozy chair with a good book and something sweet to eat. My favorite experience thus far is the indoor skydiving and I’m most looking forward to a bioluminescent paddle trip or a relaxing afternoon at a beer spa.

Hello, I’m Amy and I’m the Business Development Executive here at Virgin Incentives. One of the best things about my role is being part of the entire customer journey – from discussing incentive schemes to providing general support and guidance. My most memorable experience has to be when I went to Sindhu, by Atul Kutcher for a Three Course Meal, the food was delicious and the location was stunning. The next place on my list to visit has to be Galvin La Chapelle in Spital Square, London as the food looks amazing.
