Following a driver’s briefing, your co-workers will hop behind the wheel of their own car as they take to the one mile training track, complete with chicanes and hairpins. Carefully designed with a basic layout and lower top speeds, the track gives the drivers time to focus on perfecting driving lines, braking and cornering. ARDS instructors will be on hand throughout the day, including a single one-to-one tuition session in which your co-worker will ride as a passenger, and during which they’ll offer some great tips and advice out on track. With sessions taking place in timed intervals and a lunch break, this experience will leave your colleagues ready to take their car onto a real circuit.
